Tips for Effective Tracking

Use Descriptive Names

Instead of "SSL Certificate", use "example.com SSL" or "Main Website SSL" to easily identify which certificate it is.

Set Appropriate Notification Periods

SSL certificates might need 30 days notice, while a passport might need 6 months (180 days). See the Notifications Guide for recommendations.

Add Reference Numbers

Include document numbers, certificate IDs, or license numbers to make renewals easier.

Use Notes for Important Details

Add renewal links, contact information, or special requirements in the notes field.

Regular Reviews

Check your dashboard weekly to stay on top of expiring licenses and plan renewals in advance.

Subscription Tiers

Your tier determines how many licenses you can track. Visit the Pricing page to see available plans:

  • Basic: Track up to 3 documents
  • Standard: Track up to 10 documents
  • Elite: Track up to 30 documents
