Statistics Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see three important metrics:

Total Documents:The total number of documents you're tracking

Tips for Effective Document Tracking

Follow these best practices to get the most out of Renew-ify and never miss an important expiration date.

Use Descriptive Names

Instead of generic names like "SSL Certificate", use specific identifiers like "example.com SSL", "Main Website Certificate", or "Netflix Family Plan" to easily identify which document you're looking at.

Set Appropriate Notification Periods

Different documents need different lead times. SSL certificates might need 30 days notice, passports might need 6 months (180 days), and subscriptions might need 14 days. See the Notifications Guide for detailed recommendations.

Add Reference Numbers and Account IDs

Include document numbers, certificate IDs, license numbers, or account IDs. This makes renewals faster and helps you locate the right document when it's time to renew.

Use Notes for Important Details

Add renewal URLs, contact information, renewal procedures, or special requirements in the notes field. This information will be there when you need it, saving time during the renewal process.

Review Your Dashboard Regularly

Check your dashboard weekly to stay ahead of expiring documents. Regular reviews help you plan renewals in advance and avoid last-minute rushes or lapses in coverage.

Subscription Plans

Your subscription plan determines how many documents you can track simultaneously. Visit the Pricing page to see all available plans and choose the one that fits your needs.

Basic Plan ($5/month):Track up to 3 documents
Standard Plan ($9/month):Track up to 10 documents
Elite Plan ($19/month):Track up to 30 documents
