What happens when I reach my tier limit?

Once you reach your document limit, you won't be able to add new licenses until you either delete existing ones or upgrade to a higher tier. You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit.

Can I change my subscription tier?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Click the 'Manage Plan' button on any tier to access the Customer Portal where you can seamlessly change your plan. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle, and upgrades are prorated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment provider.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
